-Coordinate, design and implement wellness programs for employees of company.-Conduct group and individual fitness and nutrition consultations.-Conduct individual assessments.-Provide accountability, coaching and education regarding fitness, nutrition and exercise programming as well as tracking results.-Track employee engagement and participation.-Provide monthly wellness reports.

-Organize and manage independent security teams at various establishments and locations owned by Best Bars Charlotte. -Recruit security talent, train, direct and instruct in proper security procedures and protocol.-Ensure safety and security of patrons at each establishment.-Address security issues with staff, patrons and ownership.-Meet with company management and ownership on a monthly basis.

Responsible with Fitness Manager for the overall revenue, profitability, and customer experience of the fitness department including supervisory duties for all Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors.Managing all Fitness Sales to ensure goals are met and statistics are accurate and submitted on a timely basis. Oversee and track Fitness Sales production through the Personal Training System.Promote nutrition services and Personal Training. Manage session usage, client turnover, quality, and appropriateness of clients workout regimens. Manage client scheduling system with emphasis on trainer no shows .Conduct personal training sessions as needed. Assist Fitness Manager in the recruit, interview, hire, and supervision of Personal Training staff. Continually develop and motivate Personal Training staff when/where appropriate. Audit and review Personal Training staff monthly through appropriate company audit system (review twice a week).Communicate all disciplinary issues and problems involving Personal Training staff to Fitness Manager. Maintain accurate records of all Personal Training staff (CPR and Certification of Degree). Organize training meetings and education seminars for Personal Training staff.Handle member complaints and suggestions as they pertain to personal training.Keep thorough knowledge of, adhere to, and enforce company policies and procedures.Participate in all scheduled meetings as directed by General Manager and Fitness Manager. Assure that all monthly promotional materials related to personal training are displayed properly and promptly.Assure that all applicable personal training forms are in stock.Assist in ensuring that the gym is clean and equipment is in good condition.
