The company has 2 processing factories. • Preparation of layout drawings using AutoCAD for new building and upgrading work of the plant. • Management, budgeting and allocation of duties to the technical staff working in the plant.• Experience in working with Industrial compressors, blast and plate freezers, cold rooms, packing machines, driers, chillers, evaporative condensers, shell and tube heat exchangers, filters and pumps.• Experience in Building Management Services (BMS). Overseeing Security, fire protection, infrastructure damage and other safety services. • Provided strategic consultation on issues and best practices related to Engineering for long-term sustain-ability of the company.• Build and maintain relationships and facilitate interactions and outcomes with external and internal stakeholders.• Implement Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) at the factories.• Knowledge of water treatment systems and waste water management for a seafood factory.• Selection and procurement of necessary sensors, valves, gauges and controllers to upgrade and maintain the plants.• Conducting regular site inspections to make sure the plants are in serviceable condition.

• Successfully managed Industrial refrigeration and Vapor Recovery Unit (VRU) projects from conception, pre-production through to completion (including HAZOP studies). My main areas of work involved planning, interpreting and preparing drawings, executing and coordinating activities, equipment sourcing, project scheduling, report writing and contract amendments.• Experienced in preparing piping and instrumentation drawings (P&ID), isometric drawings and general arrangement drawings using AutoCAD for approval and construction.• Worked hands-on with the service and commissioning team in performing troubleshooting, installation and commissioning work for ammonia and Freon industrial refrigeration systems.• Experienced in heat load calculations.• Experienced in selection, sizing and procurement of industrial compressors, motors, heat exchangers (plate, shell and tube evaporative condensers), pressure vessels (followed Boiler and pressure vessel code: ASME Section VIII), oil pumps, valves, instruments and piping.• Involved in technical trainings, meetings and presentations in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.• Check and ensure all installations components go through quality assurance procedures and conform to project specifications.• Undergone overhaul training and able to overhaul screw and reciprocating industrial compressors without supervision.
