Senior It Support Specialist
Current - Manage on-site support activities and ensure resources are properly allocated. - Monitor on-site support tickets and ensure timely escalation if needed. - Ensure compliance with global strategy and technical standards. - Oversee IT capabilities including Capacity Management, Service Level Management, and Performance Reporting. - Provide ERP system access, advice, and training to users. - Maintain accurate inventory and records of all hardware and software. - Assist the IT Manager in daily tasks and support business needs. - Configure and support visual devices for meetings (e.g., Video conference, Projectors). - Ensure IT requirements for legal, data protection, and PCI compliance. - Collaborate with team members for smooth system operations. - Maintain accurate technical documentation.
