• Point of contact for SalesForce related systems upgrades.• Develop reviews of current environment controls so as to identify possible weaknesses that could result in audit findings.• Develop project artifacts (High-level requirements, Business Requirements Document, User Acceptance Testing document) that are utilized in various stages of the implementation life cycle. • Facilitate meetings with business stake holders and technology team to help manage the direction and ensure discussions stay within scope.• Ensure team compliance to corporate standards minimizing and or eliminating audit issues. • Facilitate and participate in end-to-end Quality Assurance testing. • Manage issues and work with technology team to resolve issues before go-live. • Prepare project related analysis and reports as needed.

• Develop standard management reporting processes and metrics throughout the delivery organization by creating templates, job aids and other materials • Maintain project financials to ensure work is being delivered within budget • Work with business stakeholders to elicit functional requirements though Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.• Create Business Requirement Documents and communicate them to IT development teams• Create Use Cases to describe product functionality to IT• Create Quality Test cases to ensure that deliverables meet required specifications• Maintain process documentation on SharePoint• Provide coordination/communication with appropriate Delivery Leads and delivery personnel to ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments.• Plan and coordinate project activities for project managers• Support ad-hoc requests as needed.
