It’s providing Architectural and Structural Solutions, with area of activity.Roles and Responsibilities:Working as CAD Designer•Preparing Architectural and Structural drawings, Civil plans, elevations, grids and section detailing. 2D & 3D modeling and Handling (MEP) Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings of Residential Buildings, Commercial Complexes and Shopping Malls.•Preparing all the drawings required at site viz: Shop Drawings, Builders work, As-Built drawings, Electrical Containment drawings, Wiring details and Schematic diagrams.•Responsible for the setting up of the Detail, Built, Working and Approval Drawings.•Re-drafting of existing construction drawings, Involved in the Preparation of the estimates, Coordinating With Other Draughtsman, Site Engineers/Supervisors.Working as Site Foreman•Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of incidents and or accidents.•Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works.•Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.•Commands respect of his workforce, and develop excellent working relationships.•Leads and supervises workers engaged in the construction of industrial, commercial and Residential buildings and other civil works and assists the Civil Supervisor in the coordination and performance or related activities such as foundation layout, form works, concreting, masonry, bricklaying, & carpentry.
