Azeez Bello is a London based creative director and filmmaker who uses visual storytelling to express himself and imprint his artistic vision on the world. While his directorial style is rooted in the visual language of realism Azeez introduces subtle surrealist overtones to heighten the cinematic experience of his narratives. A cornerstone of his directorial practice is the desire to continuously innovate and create work that has meaning, provokes thought and captivates his audiences. Azeez has recently screened his Straight 8 short film Block and Delete at Cannes Film Festival and is on course to release his short film Hugo this year.
