• Reviewed the HIV/AIDs grant documents for the period August 2022 to December 2024 – ensuring alignment of the quantification file with the Health Products Management Tool (HMPT).• Conducted verification of Health products expiry as it relates to Global Fund commodities for HIV/TB and C19RM commodities for the period June 2022 to November 2023.• Conducted Capacity Assessment for proposed Principal Recipients (Ministry of Health Sierra Leone, World Vision International SL and JHPIEGO) for the Global Fund Grant Cycle 7 (GC7).• Reviewed sample procurements conducted by PR (Ministry of Health) to Global Fund which led to revision of procurement policy to address gaps identified during the review (which includes prolong procurement lead time due to bureaucratic government process). • Review procurement documents such as procurement policy, procurement requisition, Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation, Bid evaluation reports, contract to vendors and reports of vendor assessment towards ensuring adherence to international best practices and Global Fund Procurement Policy. • Review of grant documents for HIV/AIDs, TB and Malaria program for the GC7 grant period of July 2024 to June 2027. This involve the review of quantification files and Health Product Management Tool (HPMT) to ensure alignment with performance framework targets and program reality

I was at a time Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSM) Expert for PwC Nigeria for Global Fund Nigeria grant that cut across three disease areas (HIV/AIDs, Tuberculosis & Malaria) where I was involved in the review Grant budget (NFM2, NFM3, GC6 and GC7 grants) ensuring alignment with program implementation plan. Reviewed quantification files and Health Product Management Tool (HPMT) to ensure alignment with performance framework targets and program reality. Reviewed sample of procurements conducted by Principal Recipients (PRs) to provide GF assurance that procurement activities are conducted in strict compliance with the PR and Global Fund Procurement policy of transparency, competitiveness, openness and value for money. Periodic reviews of PR deliverables within the supply chain system to ensure effective and efficient utilization of grant funds, thus minimizing risks and ensuring value for money.

• Serve as the technical lead and provide support to the Food & Drugs Department of the Federal Ministry of Health on matters pertaining to best warehousing practices and warehousing policies.• Support the Food & Drugs Services Department (FDS) on matters pertaining to development and implementation of standard policies and practices in Warehousing of Health Commodities.• Part of the team providing technical assistance to the Food and Drug Department towards the contruction of warehouse in a box in Abuja and Lagos.• Part of the team proving technical assistance to FDS towards engaging a private firm to manage the WiB project after completion through the public private partnership (PPP) concept.• Support State Medical Stores towards the renovation of Central Medical Stores to Pharmaceutical Grade Level – this involve review of submitted bills of quantity by Quantity Surveyors and overall supervision of the renovation for state from start to finish. Also took technical lead in the procurement and installation of material handling equipment for the renovated warehouses.• Part of the team that facilitated the setting up and inauguration of the Logistics Management Coordinating Units in two states in the country and also involved in the deployment of eLMIS in both states.. While working as HSS Advisor I have provided support to the Capacity Building team as a master trainer in the area of training of state personnel and Implementing Partners (IPs) in Supply Chain Management of Health Commodities (in Malaria, FP and Hiv/Aids).

• Ensure accurate receipt, storage and distribution of ARV commodities following standard operating procedures to about 800 health facilities in six states through use of M-Supply Inventory Management System. The led to zero variance in stock movement analysis for the period of work at the facility. • Ensure overall maintenance of the warehouse facilities e.g. the generating set, Air conditions, warehouse handling equipment etc.• Supervised the monthly stock taken by the warehouse inventory manager and other staff within the warehouse. • Provide guidance and on the job training to the warehouse staff on effective warehouse management, monitoring compliance with safety standards. This led to 1% picking error noted among warehouse staff zero percent casualty cases.
