As part of our executive management team, I serve as the head over fulfillment of all company products. I define product vision & strategy alongside our CEO and COO, and I develop the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures. I set KPIs and objectives in collaboration with our department heads, supervise hiring and training of new team members, and personally manage several key client relationships, while focusing on driving customer engagement and adoption of new products. I also troubleshoot and resolve client issues and handle disputes.Finally, I maintain an active role in the various stages of product fulfillment, collaborating with our marketing and development teams and working hand-in-hand with my team members to deploy and implement products.

Allocated resources, defined project requirements and scope, and served as the liaison between fulfillment and clients. Handled support escalations and conflicts and identified solutions to resolve client disputes. Liaised with agency clients to develop comprehensive content strategies for projects in development and delegated and assigned work to team members. Oversaw internal blog development, crafting SEO-optimized content and managing the publishing calendar.
