• Actively involved in dealing with clients to acquire item list as well as executing items inspections to make sure it tallies with the item list. Setting appointments and managing the logistic schedule of in-and-out.
• Performing sealing process on the logistics of Bonded Items while being observed by custom.
• Checking the Delivery Orders (DO), Invoice and Purchase Order (PO) from the clients before determining the classification of goods. Responsible labelling the HS code for each item before computing it into the ALDEC.
• Visiting warehouse to submit necessary documents as well as observing and ensure a smooth loading process of the items into the transport.
• Assist in handling custom clearance for items to be shipped offshore

• Revolving around administrative operation systems including assisting in design and implementation of new procedures to create and file records efficiently.
• Handling training programs, making reservations for venue and catering, assisting in trainee’s registration, and sorting out trainees’ accommodations.
