o Managing projects of all sizes, from estimation to commissioning. o Estimating the cost and schedule of projects based on the Scope of Work (SOW) provided by the client. o Planning and scheduling workshops and on-site work after receiving the Purchase Order (PO). o Preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, weld maps, and welding traces for inspection and testing. o Creating models and IFC drawings using CAD software. o Produced engineering drawings in .dxf format for design transmittal. o Issuing Purchase Orders (POs) to procure materials and services according to the bills of material (BOM). o Maintaining QA/QC by reviewing inspection reports including NDT, hydrostatic and surface treatment. o Ensuring project operations stay within the provided budget. o Assisting workshop and on-site teams to maintain continuous operations. o Regularly monitoring projects and providing client feedback through regular progress reports. o Conducting inspections and tests on all project components before commissioning. o Compiling Mechanical Data Reports (MDRs) for the client.
