Storyboarding and Previsualization:- Create storyboards and previsualization materials that outline the visual flow of scenes and sequences, guiding the team's efforts during production.Present concepts and ideas effectively to the internal team.3. Team Management:- Lead and manage a team of animators, visual effects artists & designer, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to team members, ensuring their growth and development.4. Technical Expertise:- Stay updated with the latest advancements in animation and visual effects technologies, tools, and techniques.Implement industry best practices and innovative solutions to achieve high-quality visuals within project constraints.-Review and approve animations and visual effects at various stages of production, maintaining consistent quality and alignment with the creative vision.- Address any issues or challenges that arise during production, finding creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
