working as Deputy Manager with CBRE south Asia pvt Ltd. joined for 5 star TAJ - Tirupati Project which is having 105 keys, BOH areas, public areas, Basement, Specialty restaurants, Banquets and Swimming pool ar 6th floor. Buding consist of 1 Basement + GF+ Mezzanine + 6 floors of total 1.9 lacks SFT area. Was completely involved in interior site execution , billing and interior design coordination until the handing over of the project on November 2019. After completion of TAJ hotel , Deputed for Sri Venkateshwara Institute of Cancer care & Advanced research( SVICCAR) Hospital at Tirupati as Planning, design coordination and Documentation Manager . The Hospital consists of 1.8 lacks SFT area.The hospital consists special packages like cancer treatment , CSSD, PTS, OT, Gas bank, kitchen, MEP and Other interior works. Job Responsibilities are Preparation Master schedule, Micro schedule, Daily planning schedule, preparation of all reports, Design coordination of all Structures, MEP, Interior and special packages, Vendors process , Materials planning, monitoring of site execution as per planned schedule, scheduling of meeting with vendors, contractors, Clients and suppliers and preparation of meeting Agenda & MOM. preparation of daily , weekly and monthly reports and cash flow statements , Billing schedule and monitoring of Bill's with QS and certification and recommendations to client.

Client is Vyshanavi + Actis Bengalore Yeshvanthpur area. After that I am moved to Chittagong for Hotel project operated by COURTYARD MARRIOTT Hotel Mumbai . The project is having 3 basements + GF + Mezz+ 25 floors total 110mts high building. The hotel consists of BOH areas, Public areas, Meeting halls, Parking, Specialty restaurants, Swimming pool at 23 rd floor at a height of 98mts from ground. Architect by PAA studio Bankok, Interior by PIA Bankok, MEP by Aufait studio, Lighting Consultants by Blit, K&L by Allied Matals, Facade by Fauce Fe . Interior vendors like I field from China , Kanok from Thailand. Total area of Hotel is 2.5 lacks SFT and contains 210keys. Structures having pile foundations and structural designed by ADEPT . Was Activley involved from DD stage to completion of the project . Was completely did structural ,MEP & Interior design coordination and site execution. Majorly having experience in vendors process for all packages from RFC, Pre bid meetings, Technical meetings, negotiations, Comparison of all vendors to until recommendation to client to issues the WO/PO.
