• Handle the full spectrum of Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions.• Assess, feedback and upgrade every single construction process and procedure to ensure that the internal quality controls are set and maintained• Conduct internal quality audit to ensure the company operation is in place• Manage all quality related procedures and ensure proper implementation and conformity• Responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Control Plan Initiate and drive quality improvement or engineering projects driven by customers input or feedback• Address to products and process non-conformances• Identify quality complaints, conduct investigation and analysis, resolve quality problems, followed up corrective and preventive action• Evaluate and develop improvement plans for inspection, sampling, system and work methods related to QC activities• Identify training plan and provide training to all QA/QC personnel where necessary.

• Witness and inspection both fabrication and site activities ensuring that project specifications are built to requirements• Verifying that all required documents and records have been supplied by the vendors.• Review purchase order, MTC, IRC and other records received from vendor.• Perform visual check that the items have not been damaged during transportation.• Verify that all items meet all requirement on material requisition• Inspection of spool releasing from the workshop to site.• Witness and inspection hydro testing and pneumatic test inspection to ensure that all requirements are meet theproject specification standard.• Witness and inspection reinstatement and close out activities of piping systems after completion of test as perapproved drawings, specification and commissioning requirements• Inspection of fit-up of pipe spool and piles.• Performing visual inspection of piping installation including: Verifying piping material identity (pipe, valves andfittings) and its conformance to the installation drawings.• Verifying that welding inspection has been performed and joints have been released.• Verification that dimensions and alignment tolerances of the piping systems are as per constructs specifications.• In-process surveillance to verify compliance with specified piping erection procedure including flange alignments,torquing, cleanliness etc.• Performing piping walkdown inspection and completing punch lists. Verifying that punch list items have been dealt within accordance with the contractual arrangements.• Reviewing and verifying completeness of piping test packages (hydro or pneumatic) prior to testing.• Witnessing final piping tests.• Completing and endorsing all inspection records from initial inspection till final acceptance of the piping systems.

• Guarantee the quality of the works and their compliance with the contractual/engineering requirements of the projectsatisfying the assigned budget, time schedule quality, safety and environmental.• Ensure that their performances are carefully monitored in terms of schedule, quality and cost, and PIS will coordinate allnecessary recovery actions whenever detect deviation from schedule or specifications under the guidance of PipingSuperintendent.• Participate to the elaboration of work schedule and to the collection of the progress of the works and analyze anydeviations.• Ensures the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards for the areas of responsibilities.• Directly participates to the HSE activities at site as defined for PIS position in the Site HSE plan and related procedures.• Prepare daily reports of work progress and man power utilization.• Prepare weekly reports of the total spool erection, isometric weight installed, welded dia inches of supports and jointsand the remaining work front with the materials available.
