• Performing analysis of all laboratory samples: R&D, stability samples, API, using analytical instruments and established analytical procedures, USP methods, SOPs and techniques• Operating & Maintenance of Instruments Dissolution by UV VIS spectrophotometer, VOCs by Gas Chromatograph, LOD, Infrared Analyzer, Karl Fischer titration, Osmometer• Documenting and compiling all observations and data obtained from testing as per established SOPs and good documentation practices• Recognizing OOS or out of trend results and under the direction of the Supervisor assists in the completion of lab deviation investigations, CAPA and non conformance reports, quality training, validations• Calibrating of laboratory equipment as required by the department's established calibration program and GMP requirements• Working as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes and in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.• Providing technical troubleshooting support or training to other team members where appropriate• Disposing of waste solvents and orders any chemicals or laboratory supplies as required.
