The Onboarding of the candidate is all about getting all the required documents completed from the candidate and making sure that the candidate's Paper Work is completed as per the client norms. On-boarding task includes making the First Call to the candidates to build a rapport and to explain to them the entire process of Documentation. It also includes getting the paperwork done on time, completion of background verification and drug test, completing employment and education verifications, completing I-9 Verification as per Federal rules, Acceptance of Work Order, completion of On-boarding tasks on the Client Portal, completing the HR Packages and following up with the candidate till the date of start. As an On-boarding Specialist, I need to make sure that the entire screening process is completed as per the norms of the client. In any situation where the candidate faces any problem while completing the paperwork, I need to assist the candidate with the troubleshooting steps and make sure that the process goes on smoothly. Timely completion of tasks, multitasking skills, and time management is very crucial aspects of my role.
