Project Handle in Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems for HCIS, SABIC AFFLIATE, ARAMCO. RC, SEC, CRISTAL e.t.c • Review Project Scope of work, FEED package, Project Technical Specification & other technical requirements.• Visiting the site for collecting data if required.• Participating project kick-off / Project technical review meetings/Technical discussions with client & vendors.• Preparing & Re-viewing the preliminary conceptual drawing & detailed shop drawing with respect to the Architectural drawings by coordinating with the other services.• Preparing & Re-viewing the Technical Data Sheets/Catalogs/Manuals/Specifications & get it approved.• Coordinating & guiding to Engineers, Auto-Cad Designer to get the job assigned done. This activity involves Both Inhouse and Overseas Design Department• Provide defect free deliverable, on time deliveries for customer satisfaction.• Reviewing & incorporating the Feedback received from the client/consultant/end-user & get it• approved for further execution/construction.• Preparing & Verifying the Bill of Quantity (BOQ)/Material Take Off (MTO) for ordering the• Foreign material & Local material for further execution at site.• Coordinating, assisting and resolving the site related issues with the execution team to get the job done as per the approved design drawings & calculations.• To verify the AS-BUILT red markup drawings from the execution team & submit to the end user as per the project requirements.• Prepared progress reports and submit to the project manager and clients.• Prepare a design with its Hydraulic calculation of the fire protection & Fire alarm system for Commercial, Industrial, Oil & Refinery Areas in compliance with the approved codes/standards.
