Lead Preparing of Project Record Book (PRB).• Preparations of PRB as per the Aramco Engineering Procedure – (SAEP-122).• Receiving all required documents and soft copy of PRB from various dept.• Attending clients meeting and know the required documents to submit and note down the comments on submitted docs.PREPARING AND EXECUTE ALL INCOMING AND OUT GOING LETTERS AND TRANSMITTALS FOR ARAMCO.• Drafting Letters and Preparing Transmittals.• Co-ordinating daily Meeting with Saudi Aramco on Behalf of SEPCO.• Handling and Updating all Letters and Transmittals,• Register the incoming documents by Received stamp with corresponding date at the time receipt and register the subject documents in the document control management system.• Issuing the Transmittal & Letter numbers according to the sequence• Preparing essential Transmittal & submitting to the Contractor• Receiving, filing and recording project documents, like Engineering drawings, vendor drawings, Site Instructions, WMS, MIR, MAR, etc.• Updating Master Log includes Incoming, Outgoing Transmittal & Incoming, Outgoing Letter• Updating Construction Site Instruction Log (CSI) and filing the documents.• Updating of Various Correspondences Received from the Contractor.• Maintain Send and Receive Log in Excel. • All Correspondence (In/Out) Distribution by Electronic Distribution as per marking. • Liaising with Saudi Aramco, DCC Department for Submit and Receive Documents on Behalf of SEPCO.• Scanning and binding all the transmittals and letter in sequence.

Job Responsibilities:• Handling and Updating all Documents related to Project.• Co-ordinating daily Meeting with Hitachi on Behalf of CCC.• Preparing and Execute all Out Going Transmittals for Hitachi.• Liaising with Hitachi, DCC Department for Submit and Receive Documents on Behalf of CCC.• Receive all Out Going Correspondence from All Departments and Re-Arrange the Same for Submission to Hitachi / Saudi Aramco as per Documentation Procedure.• Receive All Correspondence from Client Hitachi / Saudi Aramco.• Maintain Send Receive Log in Excel.• All Correspondence (In/Out) Distribution by Electronic Distribution as Per Marking.• After Internal Distribution Upload in VBC Dash Board.• Receive Invoice and Letter from Subcontractor / Supplier Hard Copy Distribute as Per Marking.• After Internal Distribution Upload in VBC Dash Board.• Receive FWR / RFF from all Eng. Department and Distribute as Per Procedure after distribution upload in VBC Dash Board.• Handling all Eng. Department STQ (Send / Reply Receiving) from Client after distribution upload in VBC Dash Board.• Handling all Internal / External Memo and Upload in VBC Dash Board.• Handling CSI Receiving From Clint and Execute as Per Procedure.• Handling Isometric Drawings, Red Mark Up Drawings, As- Built Drawings and Test Packs (Electronic Stamping/Renaming / Uploading)• Fully Operating VBC Dash Board. (CCC Internal Software)
