Managing all import shipments.Loading to clearance.

I worked on designing of integrated software according to the management requirement, and also responsible for all inventory movement, including commercial in house and out sources, from raw material to finished goods. Establishment of (ROL) reorders level, (EOQ) economic order quantity, and procedure for disposal of all assets. We are successfully working in paper less environment through well designed and implemented ERP solution. That is why we are able to introduce JIT just in time in our organization.

Worked on ERP reports reformatting of different modules like Raw material, Inventory, Machine Maintenance. I was also involved in ISO 9000 and 14000. My key responsibilities were includes three different stores of each mills unit STM 01, 02,

include Managing Raw Material, work in process & finished good stores, i also have designed, finalized and implemented integrated software system for planning, stores, procurement, and gates. This system supports very effectively to the paper less environment. I have introduced first time JIT system to reduce cost of production and improve our cash flows, here one more very important thing was i played a very important roll for utilization of inactive & dead stocks of parts and accessories.

Worked as a manager stores of raw material, parts, dyes & chemicals, work in process and finished good, i was also responsible for the designing, development and implementation of inventory system that was integrated with accounts, i also conducted compliance audits and buyers visit, during may services i had lot of achievements regarding computer system designing and implementation. Got the best performance award against my achievements from management
