Current• As the Head of Development at Growmodo., I’ve led departments of over 100 professionals who work across Europe, Asia and America. I have made an impact to the business by increasing strategic growth and improved efficiency when delivering software solutions.• I orchestrated the design and delivery of internal and customer facing products from the inception phase along with building technical road maps for both internal and customer-facing software solutions. • I have also enhanced operational workflows within the SDLC to improve development output throughout the business. Additionally, I implemented changes and policies aimed at improving company culture and fostering innovation, specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of the diverse teams.• I oversee the strategic hiring, process optimisation, career progression and innovative product enhancements using AI which in turn increases the capacity for executing complex web-based ventures taken on by our clients. My role also encompassed conducting comprehensive market analyses, crafting innovative business methodologies, and driving technological advancements incorporating the LEAN and agile methodologies.
