CurrentInvolved in managing Tickets & Requests and creating the Service Catalogs which provide a complete end-to-end set of functions that enable you to define different types of requests for services.Working experience on Applications, Modules, tables, and Columns as per the requirement specification in ServiceNow.Experience in implementing end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration & Asset Management and Change Management, User Administration, Reporting, and implementation of SOAP Web Services.Experience in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists.Experience in creating users, roles, and groups and Configuring LDAP Server and LDAP Listener for updating the user and group table record.Build integration to external and internal systems, currently using SMTP (EMAIL), and Web Service Experience in creating Reports and scheduling processes to send reports to management about Incidents, Problems, and Application diagnosis report-based control and alert messages using Email notification.Experience in writing SQL Queries, Dynamic-queries, sub-queries, and complex joins for generating Complex Stored Procedures, Triggers, User-defined Functions, Views, and Cursors.Creating the workflows in ServiceNow as per the requirements of the business team and functional specifications.Experience in the integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications, integrated Service Catalog, and Incident module.Responsible for scheduling the Discovery to identify the computers/network devices and tracking the devices.Experience in GRC suite including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management configurations.Working experience on orchestration workflows using active directory activities and developed custom activities using JDBC, REST, SOAP, and Power Shell.
