I am a dynamic manager at a leading e-wallet/fintech company where I spearhead the Customer Onboarding and Support Operations team. My career foundation was built over 8 years at one of the most profitable banks in Malaysia, Public Bank, where I excelled as a merchant recruiter and relationship manager in the merchant acquiring landscape.Having started my working journey at a relatively young age, I have worked my way up, holding a variety of roles (some would call it odd jobs) ranging from an assistant at a retail outlet to a warehouse admin assistant which greatly contributed to my professional worldview in the running of a business. These experiences molded my attitude of perseverance and grit, the two most important qualities that I believe are needed in the competitive corporate landscape of today.
