At Microsoft I led operations for one of the company's greatest product successes – SQL Server – encompassing business intelligence, data warehousing, and the SQL Azure cloud platform. These are now multi-billion dollar a year businesses for Microsoft. I'm an adviser to companies at all scales, an active investor, and an educator of young minds at the University of Washington.
