I built Casino Science into a leading data science solution and services company, achieving double-digit growth year over year and market leadership. The company was recognized in 2018 and 2020 by CIO Review Magazine as one of the "20 Most Promising Technology Solution Providers For Casinos". At Microsoft I led operations for one of the company's greatest product successes – SQL Server – encompassing business intelligence, data warehousing, and the SQL Azure cloud platform. These are now multi-billion dollar a year businesses for Microsoft. I'm an adviser to companies at all scales, an active investor, and an educator of young minds at the University of Washington. I'm also a leading evangelist for data science in the gaming industry, speaking at conferences across the country.
