Current- Managed every aspect of the Travel and Hospitality Award guides from sales to editorial planning, artwork to final release. - Guides showcase destinations, hotels, tours, spa, restaurant, and events from all over the world.- Oversaw total annual revenue of £150k plus with an average annual increase of 5% pre-covid.- Managed an international team of 7 made up of 3 salespeople, 2 designers, a writer, and an administrator- Responsible for the recruitment and training new sales personnel that were usually based abroad.- Sat face to face meetings within the UK and abroad to set up brand deals, close sales, and develop supplier partnerships.- Ran quarterly data analysis to observe trends and patterns within the industry to aid future campaigns.- Developed full understanding of Zoho CRM, Salesforce, the AGILE principle, and SCRUM.
