Key Responsibilities:• To oversee a minimum of 3 clinics and responsible for the district performance to meet district KPIs and operational standards• Result-driven Leadership: Providing support and guidance to all Managers on operations strategies to improve performance within your districts.• People Development: Coach, mentor, and develop clinic managers and their teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.• Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and a strong sense of ownership among staff.• Operational Excellence: Ensure that each clinic operates at the highest level of efficiency.• Result-focused: To monitor, measure, and provide support on the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of sales-building activities by the clinics.• Patient Experience: Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and supporting your employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering this.• Compliance & Safety : Ensure compliance of operation SOP during clinic opening, closing, and rush activities• To do structured clinic visitation as per Director’s requirements and area needs

Provides dental services under various brands, such as Drs. Wong & Partners Dental Surgeons, SP Dental Centre, Dentiste' Clinic, Sky Dental Clinic and Tooth Fairy Dental Clinic. Taking care of over one hundred dental clinics across the country.
