As interim Executive Director of the Red Ribbon Ride, I developed and produced the Minnesota Red Ribbon Ride, a 300-mile charity bike ride over 4 days in the fight against HIV/AIDS. I built and managed all donor, vendor and sponsorship relationships. I also facilitated 6 operations committees to build and execute a successful multi-day charity event. To build and develop a successful marketing and communications campaign, I hired and supervised an employee. To ensure the success of the Red Ribbon Ride and establish a strong legacy, I worked closely with the board of directors and the incoming Executive Director on strategic planning.
