As Design chapter head at Zamann company, I play a role in creating a coherent design, in accordance with the needs and interests of users both at the B2B and B2C levels. For this purpose, I am trying to identify the problems by checking the data received from the users by checking the behaviors and feedbacks (especially in the two main products, pharmatching and pharmuni) to make empathetic designs. In this way, I made a redesign in pharmatching platform, which is a B2B product, and with the addition of a new approach and changes in business in pharmuni, which is a B2C product, big changes are coming in design.My role in zamann has helped me to do better in assigning tasks to team members and to learn proper planning.

I was working in the innovation unit at Middle East Bank for about one year and 8 months and during this time I designed many innovative products. Among these products: SCF, which is a B2B platform, was designed with the aim of financing the supply chain and was considered one of the most important products of the Middle East Bank. AI based bonds management, which was one of the internal products of the bank and was a platform that identified the best time to buy and sell bonds with the help of artificial intelligence algorithms, crypto wallet, which was designed according to the new crypto laws in Iran and was suitable for intermediate to advanced users in this field and... then I was present in the first phase of the Banket Super Application project, which in addition to banking application facilities such as various types of payments in the banking network and account opening, card and account management, and... it has other additional services provided to users.Then I had department change and I started an international supply chain financing product in Bankino (MEBank digital banking department), I did an analysis on different personas User stories and User journeys and we had meetings with bank international and compliance department to have a good alignment on processes and rules of financing then our MVP with high fidility design went for review for other parties out of Iran.

I was present at Top as the main designer, designing new features like wallet, tourism lines, Insurance, life style, ... and improving previous flows and in order to improve the user experience of our users, I always tried to provide the best and fastest possible flows by conducting tests and checking various feedbacks so that working with a banking super application would be lovely for them in addition to feeling comfortable and safe. In addition, I was also part of the Top user interface redesign team, which was an interesting experience of redesigning an application with millions of active users, and changing the design could have various challenges for them. Although, unfortunately, the redesign was not launched during my present time at Top.

In Samsung company, I started my work with network and then programming, but the experience that was very attractive to me and made me start another path in my work life was a product with very high details and complexity thet we designed for the production line. By observing and interviewing the managers, supervisors and line workers, we examined the different production methods and routes, then we considered the problems and conditions of the users that has special situation in factories (like speed of work, small screens and ... ) and we designed a system in which the position of each part be clearly defined to reach the final product.
