As the Account Director, I managed the relationship between Pepper Group and key accounts while overseeing the performance of the account management team. In addition to managing the strategy and execution of multi-faceted marketing programs for several accounts, I was also a resource for the account team in the delivery of marketing initiatives driven by the marketing plan.
