I develop and manage marketing plans, materials, events, and public relations for 5 orthopedic offices. Responsibilities include:- Providing event management of all seminars, and conferences including budgeting, sponsorship, advertising, registration, and follow-up- Marketing of practice to local government organizations, nurse case managers, businesses and referring doctors- Establishing relationships with local and internationally recognized companies- Creating relationships with case managers- Increased referrals by an average of 20% - Developing and creating marketing collaterals and overseeing the creative and ordering- Managing the MidAmerica Orthopaedics brand and public image through traditional media, advertising, press releases, and social media- Managing all website updates and editing - Managing social media accounts - Organizes and implements advertising including online, television, radio, and print- Project manages press release distribution- Establishing relationships with local high schools in order to be team physicians - Highly knowledgeable in Workers Compensation laws & marketing

- Fill an average of 400 prescriptions a day- Provide outstanding customer service - Conduct an orderly work-flow throughout the pharmacy- Contact insurance companies about specific claims- Contact doctor's offices in order to resolve prescription complications- Conducting inventory checks to make sure that stock is accurate- Placed orders for out of stock medications
