With a legal background and diverse experience across regulatory, private, and academic sectors, I've dedicated my career to shaping systems that uphold social responsibility and ethical standards.Currently, I serve as the Executive Director of the American College Maguire Center for Ethics and hold the distinguished position of Associate Professor and Charles Lamont Post Chair of Business Ethics at The American College for Financial Services. I'm actively engaged in conducting workshops and training sessions on business ethics, including spearheading the College's annual Ethical Leadership Forum, and teaching and designing courses for the American College. My passion for cultivating ethical leaders and addressing contemporary challenges in trust, behavioral science, and AI underscores my dedication to driving positive change in the business world. I've written for various publications, including Fortune, Financial Advisor Magazine, Behavioral Scientist, and Thomson Reuters, among others, and am a reviewer for the Journal of Business Ethics.My leadership extends beyond academia and business. I served on both for-profit and non-profit boards, including as a Director at USQ Funds, a '40 Act interval fund. I was chair of the NY State Bar Association International Section, leading impactful initiatives from 2022 to 2023, and have served on the Section's Exec Committee since 2010. I'm currently a member of the State Bar Association's House of Delegates, and a recent member of the Strategic Planning Committee. Since 2010, I've been the Co-chair and Co-founder of the Social Finance and Enterprise Committee, I championed innovative approaches to foster financial inclusion and social impact. I'm currently also co-chair of the NY City Bar Association's Task Force on Digital Technology's Subcommittee on AI.
