My role as Project and Procurement Manager involves a leading role in project management and purchasing with direct reporting to the CFO and the top management team. My primary task as a project manager is to lead projects in efficiency improvement and change management. My role as procurement manager is to develop the purchasing function both strategically and operationally. This includes establishing and restructuring routines, processes and regulations within purchasing.
