• Monitor the department’s policies, workflow, budget and prepare accurate reports aboutfindings and make corrective actions or plans• Conduct periodic surveys & assessments to ensure patients satisfaction and plan improvements• Ensure medical records are kept up to date and proper follow-ups• Keep records of all expenses and recommend techniques to reduce costs• Ensure all departments compliance with the current healthcare laws and regulations• Process and approve all departments procurement requirement’s and keep detailed records of supplies stock• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare profession

• Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skillacquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor• Collect and record data on patient behavior• Collaborate, communicate and assist with the training of the clients, parents and staff• Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family

Organize and present financial arrangements to patients• Manage employee relations and make certain staff have the necessary resources and support• Determine staff schedules and ensure operational standards are met• Resolve patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures, dental board standards• Oversee the processing of dental claims• Manage specialist referral process• Recruit and select office staff to meet operational requirements• Train, develop, and manage staff to meet performance standards

• Maintain and update client dental records• Perform routine dental cleanings and assist in the performance of more complicated surgical procedures• Provide support to dentist and surgeons

• Preparation of medications for patients• Receiving and verifying the prescriptions• Filling of prescriptions• Complete patient paperwork related to filling the prescription• Stocking and pricing the medications in inventory
