I am looking to advance in the food industry and I want to learn everything there is to know about running a kitchen. My long term goal is to be able to open my own restaurant with an establishment of some sort that will not only make me happy, but also my families one day. But also a place where their employees are comfortable and welcome to learn all I can. Which is why I believe this job would suit me because I have a great sense of humor
