1) Providing technical support to HP customers, by resolving the technical issues that they may encounter with their HP-UX Server products and technologies. 2) Resolve and coordinate / escalate software and hardware related issues to HP-Singapore, being Asia pacific region support hub.3) Helping customers with their day to day operations such as add drives to computers to increase the available disk space, manage the filers and shelves. 4) Add and remove user accounts. 5) Peripheral devices configurations 6) Design and write new scripts for automation of the user accounts.
