Fell into this serendipitously while helping some climate founders with customer discovery problems while on my break. We help technical founders by being their product co-pilot so to speak.

After building Workera, it was time to try something new and do the things I was putting off for years.Professionally: Learned and read a bunch of literature on climate change, my pet passion for years. So far advised 4 startups in the EV, microgrids, carbon offsets and risk intelligence space. Personally: Took this time to work on my health, volunteer, rest & re-center... and of course, like every immigrant worth their salt - deal with the bureaucratic hell that is US immigration.

Joined Andrew Ng and CEO as #2, to form the founding team that took Workera from idea to market. Here's a quick timeline of my work with milestones:Validation - Should we solve this? Designed and delivered the first MVP to validate our core hypothesis and built our v0 with 2 engineers and 1 data scientist.Found P/M Fit - Is it a business? Iterated, researched, and iterated again until we found traction and resonance with users. Defined the right outcomes and led the product strategy and operations (Tech stack, CRM, ERP etc.).Raised Seed & Series A - Is it paradigm-shifting? Pivoted and identified those areas in the product that would generate recurring revenue and user retention, went from 0 to 30% 3-month retention.Launched Enterprise SaaS - What's the road to ARR? Designed and delivered enterprise-grade software that built on our core product and collaborated with go-to-market teams to define an enterprise product strategy.Growth - How to scale? Defined the roadmap and set metrics that would reduce churn and improve user retention. Built processes to improve time to launch.

- Analyzed utility data to generate financial forecasts for energy consumption- Optimized internal processes to enhance facilities sustainability

- Analyzing metropolitan areas for implementation of sustainable transportation models by designing a Mobility/Commuting as a Service (MaaS/CaaS) business model- Understanding current transportation landscapes via the use of ArcGIS and QGIS analysis tools- Modelling mobility and demographic data to identify potential candidates for MaaS deployment- Creating spreadsheet models to assist Fleet Operations in the adoption of BEVs and PHEVs in corporate and municipal fleets- Researching EV metrics in comparison to Gas to further identify areas of improvement and business models for EV-adoption
