Project : RAPID-PETRONAS Package 3 ( Accommodation Camp & Temporary Camp Facilities )In this project we are constructing a temporary facilities that are meant to be last for at least 5 years before decommissioning process. The project consist of 21 blocks of 4- Storey Buildings that are constructed by using either Precast Concrete System or Pre-Fabricated Steel Structures System, besides the projects were included with proper infrastructure & communication system with its own sewer treatment plant.As a Civil & Structural Engineer in Engineering Team, I have been responsible to assist in the engineering coordination process between owner,consultant & architect. This duty require me to check any discrepancies in each drawing and provide solution to rectify the issue, preparing the Method of Statement for Construction Team, Drafting Working Drawing, Preparing As Built Drawing & other related matter. In order to conduct my works properly, I have work closely with Document Controller Team and Quality Control/ Quality Assurance team, from this I have learn a lot in handling hundreds of documents and drawing at one time and the Quality Control Standard in Construction.Conducting a project for PETRONAS is a little bit different compared to other projects, this is because they have their own standard known as Petronas Technical Standard (PTS), by sitting in this position, i have learned a lot about PTS and also other related standard in construction
