HR Operations:• Maintaining Talent Acquisition Activities, Including Verifying Hiring Needs, Sourcing For Candidates, Advertising, Screening, Interviewing, Reference Check, And Induction Preparation.• Manages the talent acquisition and retention process and collaborates with the departmental head to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.• To Prepare HR Proposal, Draft, Keep Meeting Minutes, and HR Policies.• Maintain and update the employees personal file.• Conduct payroll activities, increment process, skill review, incentive, bonus, confirmation, promotion, and full & final settlement.• Prepare & maintain daily attendance reports, and update the leave database of employees.• Developing and maintaining different HR and corporate policies and procedures in the light of Labor Law & industry standards and practice.• Managing Performance Management System by setting and monitoring 360 Degree Evaluation & KPI.• Handling Disciplinary issues & procedures, grievances, and employee relation issues as per the labor law.• Assists to conduct competency analysis and succession planning of employees.• Assist in change management & cultural transformationAdmin Operations:• To Co-Ordinate Canteen Management and Housekeeping.• Guest Accommodation and transport Arrangement.• Vendor Management and maintaining industrial relations with local authority.• Local purchase , bill Prepare & checking.• Maintain Liaison with local & govt. authority due to various license issue & others permission.
