Performed specialized clerical duties in the processing and tracking of financial aid applications, loans, and other forms. Took payments and processed credit check and cash receipts.

Duties included fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, filing, and faxing. Assisted the Admissions Counselors and the Registrar with the paperwork of new applicants and the maintenance of academic records.

Assisted each student with computer operations and utilizing Microsoft programs. Lead classes in assignments and exams when professors were not present. Provided briefings and presentations for new students on establishing email accounts and accessing other Georgia Military College privileges.
