I was handling high end cosmetics such as hair colors/ salon equipments / facial products as well as ladies wax’s. Covered A/B Grade salons and making prior appointments with beauticians for training programs/ cosmetics educational programs as well as salon equipments demos. Within short period of time I able to adopted to the system and gained the product knowledge which helped to teach and do demo’s at customers point.Learned to adopt quickly , gaining new knowledge and direct marketing challenges.

Started my career at Ceylinco insurance, customer service department (VIP Center)Entire customer coordination part handled over the phone. I was coordinating customers related to motor and non motor insurance policies.Overall process of motor accident to final claim,the entire customer service and guidance given from the call center.As well as handled non motor claims such as fire land slides etc..arranging risk engineers for the site inspections and coordinating them for a effective service.Learned, how to manage and coordinate the people when they at a uncertain situation with an effective way of communication.
