Role: Field Service EngineerSupport south east Asia regionEquipment Experience - CSEM - Conventional Scanning Electron Microscope- FESEM - Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope- XFIB - Field Ion Beam (crossbeam)- TEM Transmission Electron Microscope- 3D X-ray ( CT X-ray) Duty : - resolving onsite malfunction- communicate with customer to determine needs and explain complex issue- perform repairs and technical improvement- ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment - Promote and advise customer on system upgrades- Perform installation of new equipment's- work with 3rd Party equipment (Oxford EDX, Kleindiek nano probing)

• Experience in Vacuum technology RGA, helium leak check, vacuum Pump, piping system, operation and maintenance• Understanding of Surface Chemistry and spectroscopy • Maintain cross-functional communication with Production, Process Engineering, Facilities and Installation teams• Able to use statistical analysis tool such as JMP and SQL Database to analyze any issue regarding to the line• Planning, organizing, controlling of daily activities & allocation of resources to achieve required volume and orders. • Chairman for weekly operation review of inefficiencies and losses within team together with corrective actions to improve and sustain results.• Incorporate Six Sigma principles in product analyses (DOE, acceptance criteria, sampling, root cause analysis, control charts, capability analysis, etc) • Working with 100% real time Statistical Process Control (SPC) monitoring for machine parameters/output parameters and reach back on the tolerance provided. • Ensure that all WI, SOPs and quality control plans are completed and ensure quality standards and procedures are followed during shift to produce good quality products.• Involve in quality issue discussion to provide short term, long term preventive action on any excursion in operation and applied root cause analysis using problem solving tools (5 why analysis, ishikawa diagram, etc.) when goals are not met.

• Overall process control regarding the mechanical cluster• Focus understanding in machinery CNC laser drilling, CNC Drilling, UV laser, Plasma Etching, Pick and place machine (assembly) • Responsible for the overall yield improvement of assembly processes. Ensuring the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs. • Reviewing existing data to see if more research and information need to be collated for yield improvement activities • Leads projects and teams investigation, problem analysis and implementation of solutions. Develop action plans to analyze performance variance and implement or recommend corrective action. • Develop and perform verification and validation plans and protocols associated with product/process quality according to ISO, internal and customer requirements. • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and drive solutions to product quality problems. • Lead process and quality data analysis and reporting, including product data reporting as required by customers.• Working closely with other specialists, including: QA responsible for the quality control of raw materials, intermediates and finished products; engineers responsible for plant maintenance; commercial colleagues on product specifications and production schedules; and the operating crew. • Attends to all customer issues, provides data analysis and their corrective and preventive measures. • Provide Engineering report on process performance, current activities and project status through Pareto Analysis.
