Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities during Construction, Maintenance and commissioning of Offshore construction, Cross country pipelines, Flow lines &Quality Control activities during fabrication and installation of Piping works for storage tanks, Pressure Vessels and for Boiler accessories like heater coils, Exchanger tubes, Etc.,Involved in carrying out Welder Qualification. (Preparing Welders Certificate / Card as per the Code and specification).Checking of the drawings and releasing for construction.Inspection of Coating and Painting in Pipeline, Block and check Valve Stations as per the required client specification and coordinating with Production department.Coordination with Production team and preparing schedule for the painting & coating application and following inspection activities with the client.Co-ordinate with the production people to get the requirements as per the standards and codes. Coordinating with the NDT personnel and prepare a work schedule as per the required job.Review and Interpretation of AUT results in offshore pipelines.Reviewing Radiographic films day to day and witnessing the other NDT methods.Maintaining Quality Documents as per the work progress.Co-ordinate and Witnessing Hydro test and Prepare required document to close out the job.Release the documents after fabrication, installation, painting & commissioning.Updating Welders performance log and submission to Client for review.Preparation of documents in Test Pack format for various job orders.Reviewing of NDT procedures, Quality control plans and other standards related to the work.Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Report for Quality and Monitoring the project change order requirement.Involved in Preparation of quality documents for Audit and to coordinate with other teams in preparation of Quality related documents.Witnessing of Destructive Testing
