Slashed cost significantly and saved the company about $200,000 by relocating antennas to minimize FRP, re scrutinizing AOS PO from Ericsson and eliminating Man-lift/Scaffolding need while leading the 5G mmW launch for LA Orchestrated a RF competency program that was adopted by the entire West Region (15 markets) outlining how to assess and develop core competencies for RF Engineers to help them with Career growth. Spearheaded Metro-T-Mobile Network and resource merger in 2015 and engineered a plan to migrate customers seamlessly and introduced a curriculum for Metro Engineers which was recognized by the regional HR director based on feedback. Pioneered an Optimization project for Tri LA in Q4 2019 and were able to move 162,000 customers from Detractor to Promoter bucket (Churn reduction) with $0 cost Optimization. Negotiating the contract for new SoFi stadium @ Inglewood where Superbowl LVI will be hosted and formulating the Network Deployment plan both for inside the stadium and the outside complex with 5G dominance. Formulated a plan to come up with the Performance Assurance Group (PAG) to monitor the Network after Ericsson L19 Overlay deployment. Created the SOW, pricing matrix and bid it out to an outside vendor working with procurement which was later adopted by 14 West Region Markets. Re-negotiated a PAG contract with the vendor which saved the company ~$600/site with a total of $600,000
