I collaborate with portfolio company leadership teams and Founders alike to develop and execute strategic plans that align with growth objectives and investor expectations. I assess and enhance operational processes, systems, and structures using established consultancy frameworks to improve efficiency and productivity. Additionally, I assist in talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational design to build high-performing teams within the portfolio companies. I track performance, providing timely insights and recommendations for improvement, while also identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Furthermore, I design and create visual graphics for websites, applications, marketing materials, and social media content for the company and its projects. Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes allows me to offer valuable market insights to Accretive.

Responsible for leading the design process including initial requirements definition and conceptualisation, as well as development, which contributes to the evolution and improvement of the existing design process. I also collaborate with the internal teams to develop creative strategies. In addition, I am focused on converting complex technical and/or business concepts into simple yet compelling visuals/graphics.

National Service postings as part of a dynamic team to host and educate members of public from various industry and reservist rescuer units to uphold basics of fire safety, rapid response first-aid and effective peace and war-time standard of procedures.Other than teaching, I was appointed to handle human resources with a team working hand-in-hand with the Head of Department and liaison officers to streamline scheduling of events/classes ensuring adequate manpower, indent fire safety equipments and maintenance, transport department liaison and overall safety of team members.I was also an active member to provide graphic design services as part of the specific in-house merchandising and produce various visual assets for departments and public fire-safety campaigns.
