Current•operating and maintenance of all MEP systems.•Monitoring and instruction with team for planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance work.•Carrying out all of corrective maintenance.•Carrying out all kind of reports such as SOW,WCR,RFI,Technical report, Incident report,PPM verification and monthly report.•Maintaining the inventory physical count with KMF PDA and SAP system.•carrying out the khidmah quotation as per musanada rate book.•Having good communication with procurement for arranging the quotation from supplier.•carry out daily-Monthly inspection around the building area and services.•Follow and track all work orders,material,and actual time for completing work, issue and action taken by using SAP program.•Following the payment and pending approval with client.•Monitor all MEP sub-contractors and ensure that effective smooth running for all system.
