 To Assisted the PI/TM in setting up of the research site. Build rapport with the hospital staff and other community representatives for smooth recruitment. To promoted the project on the site and in the community by raising awareness and putting up promotional materials. Recruited participants for the trial from the hospital site and also from the community To assess eligibility and recruit participants according to procedures set in the protocol. Responsible for explaining and taking informed consent from the participants. Timely administer the intervention according to the protocol including the drugs and counselling with ease and clarity. Upkeep and maintain records and trial register on daily basis. Collect data and ensure the quality of study data Responsible for storage at optimal conditions and dispensing of drugs used in the intervention. Organized, arrange and administer follow-ups at the times prescribed in the protocol. Monitor report and manage any serious adverse effects. Report such incidents to the central office and follow the SOP strictly. Communicate and liaise with the PI and trial manager on regular basis and ensure smooth working of the research site. Able to travel on need basis locally and intercity for the promotion of recruitment, training and meetings.

Supervised and monitored Umeed Jawan (USAID) project activities time to time at both districts.Planned coordinated, implemented, supervised and reported activities of the project in Bahawalpur & Lodhran region and developed communication network for this purpose in coordination with local contacts and key informants to do effective mobilization.Kept effective liaison with all the stakeholders for sports and arts activities including the youth, mentors, coaches etc.Ensured the availability is efficient funds for the smooth functioning of activities and events.Provided and submitted weekly and monthly work plans and activities reports on regular basis.

Mirpurkhas- Sindh

Being a DRR project officer in the SIDA Major Hum project at Save The Childen, 8 mitigation projects are being completed at 8 locations in just 10 short days.Assisted Project Coordinator in developing operational plans on weekly and monthly basis, reviewed activities periodically, and ensure that project expenditure is used within the limits and guidelines approved by the District Program Manager. To assisted mobilization team and communities in identifying CB-DRR activities, e.g. Early Warning, Hazard Mapping, for community members, including local teachers, SMCs, and also engage children and youth in suitable engagement/participation sessions through meetings and sessions;Supervised and Conduct Capacity building programs at the community level for CBDMCs and also cover Hazard, Risk, Vulnerability and Capacity assessment (HRVCA);Develop, maintain and improve work coordination with local key partners (community, NGO, international bodies and DM Authorities), to ensure the successful implementation of the project activities;Develop progress reports periodically to line manager, in order to ensure the provision of accurate and updated information;Conducted case studies in the coordination with Media and Communication Team.

Coordinated the “Desk Review of “The Politics of Privatization”. I took the initiative and conducted the study on Privatization name called “Politics of Privatization”. The study, based on the historical background as well as the Pros and Cons of privatization in the context of Pakistan History. Coordinated with various organizations working on the subject of PrivatizationFacilitated in compilation of relevant studies, and data on the subjects;Coordinated with relevant Ministries, Policy makers, Trade unions, Civil Society and Media;Independently organized the launching ceremonies of the Report in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.Being a communication bridge among three units at AAPK (Social & legal Rights, Women’s Rights Unit, Worker’s Right Units) I organized various events, seminars, workshops, consultations, conferences held under aforementioned units in following capacities:Monitored of the project activities with close liaison with Implementing Partners; I extended support in developing project reports related to Women Rights and Social & Legal Rights Unit;Coordinated with Communications unit for media coverage of the events.
