(1+0) and 155 Mbps (42 E1 & 2 FE) with (1+1) in 7/8 GHz frequency band alongwith integration into existing Network Management System.PTCL Point to Multipoint turnkey Based solutions was designed for Lahore City after successful completion of trial at Islamabad. Project scope was 17 Base Station (1+0) with 68 sectors and 150 Terminal stations.PTCL Point to Multipoint turnkey Based solutions was designed to upgrade 1+0 to 1+1Lahore Network.

• Worked with Sales team, bidding and Part of Contract Negotiation.• Prepare Project Charter and get formal authorization to kick off the project.• Prepare Preliminary Project Scope, Responsibility Matrix, Project Implementation Plan, Project• Execution, Quality Control, HR, Communication, Risk & procurement plans.• Directly responsible for customer facing role.• Designate Project Team.• Responsible for Project Quality Control and meeting Project KPIs.• Responsible for project implementation cost control and monitor financial aspects of project.• Arrange regular progress review meetings with the customer and internal stakeholders for smoothly delivery of project.• Arrange Internal Weekly and Monthly Project Progress Review Meetings for smooth project delivery.• Key role to negotiate with customer for issuance of PAC (Provisional Acceptance Certificate).
