• Managing workflow of legal, providing and facilitating training and continued education, conducting interviews of new legal staff. • Review and prepare documents to issue on sales, registration, leases and funding transactions, draft legal documents and manage files on client matters, attend settlements, negotiate, and perform ADR. • Track and manage property matters, such as registration, documentation, operating agreements and credit contracts and manage their records. • Perform property searches for filing Writ of Sale and Seizure, & review contracts with clients and vendors.• Conduct monthly legal audit to ensure accuracy. • Communicating effectively with clients in regard to negotiation, closing deals and complaints, and communicating with other representatives, working closely with other service providers, lawyers in team, and conducting morning meetings and reporting to Director of Operations and prepare presentation for team. • Experienced in ACL, GeoSearch, Credit Bureau report interpretation
