Established in May 2011, Society for Community Outreach & Training (SCOT) is a student led initiative under Universiti Brunei Darussalam with its mission of being a catalyst for sustainable poverty alleviation in Brunei Darussalam. As of January 2014, SCOT is now an official registered NGO in Brunei Darussalam.

Brunei Participating Youth for the 39th Ship for Southeast Asian Program (SSEAYP) in 2012. Role given included being the Treasurer as well as a Discussion group vice-head for the contingent. Met 300 other youths from 10 ASEAN countries + Japan for the purpose of exchanging ideas, cultures and personalities in order to increase the understanding and knowledge of each country and a representative of her citizens.Gained new perspective and knowledge of other J-ASEAN countries increasing the desire to explore and seek greater relations with friends made during program.

As project manager, I oversaw the running of Green Xchange 2. Also negotiated the sponsorship by Telbru to be our Main partner for Green Xchange 2 as well as continuing the relationship with Daikyo Recycling company as our partner for the collection of the recyclables.Collected over 6500kgs of recyclables not including discarded electronics.
