Colleagues describe him as "Adam is, hands down, one of the best Product Owners/Managers I've worked with - and as a consultant, I've worked with a lot. He's dedicated to finding the best user experience while also being mindful of team morale. He's always willing to ask questions, track down the right person or people, and is so open to input from engineers and designers. I hope I have the opportunity to work with him again someday!", "Adam is a passionate learner and communicator who’s constant energetic focus on improvement causes those around him to raise their game. It has been a pleasure to see Adam’s skills in action, and how they helped both him and the teams around him grow and improve. The result was not only better outcomes, but also better ways of systematically producing outcomes with less friction. Adam has led the organization by example, by continuing to ask why in public and in private in a way that is focused on learning and improvement. With his positive energy for learning, Adam sparks those around him to not only improve, but focus on continuous improvement.", and "Adam knows hundreds of uses for sticky notes. But much more than that, Adam truly embraces Agile principles and boldly leads his teams into action. He would argue his teams lead themselves; however, Adam is the guiding force shaping the process and clearing the way for his team members. Adam tackles issues head-on, sometimes with a wall full of colorful sticky notes, or perhaps with a quick prototyping session or constructive discussion. He's an innovative thinker; a tinkerer, inventor and Maker with a spirit of "let's try it and see!" Adam is committed to Lean practices, continuous innovation, and iterative improvement. Sticky notes are just one of many tools in his toolbox."
