Regulatory change is coming... are you ready? Digital transformation efforts are going to be rapidly accelerated by the upcoming requirements under the No Surprises Act and CMS 0053. Payers and providers need to plan for new data requirements, whichever way the regulation swings. Patients will be more in control than ever and it's coming right as the economy is shifting. We help healthcare organizations implement solutions that are faster and more secure than our competitors to help address these challenges. Our interoperability platform has an integrated database, which makes scaling a reliable integration engine fairly straightforward, even in complex environments. If you want to discuss these upcoming regulations or whether InterSystems is the right fit for you, please reach out! I'd love to discuss.ABOUT MESales started for me mowing lawns and selling raffle tickets. In middle school sold enough tickets to win top prize in the state and go to the Boy Scout National Jamboree - that was a lot of cold calling! After deciding that a professional bowler career was not going to be my path, I started selling to pay the bills and have never stopped. The spirit of accountability and building your own business (when producing well) is what I love about it... plus some good commission checks. Did great selling at SAS, but found that leadership and helping people succeed was more fulfilling. Achieving targets gives you the privilege to lead and then you find things that could be improved for your team and the business. That led me to working on all sorts of projects - Build the Go-to-Market plan for a new team, Develop an onboarding plan, Lead a compensation committee, Help on the launch team for this new product…. My International experience was a second MBA, so I might write a book about it. It is amazing working in other cultures so long as you are curious, like to listen, and ask questions to test your options for solving a problem. It was really awesome and what has prepared me to do amazing things for whatever comes next.On the life side, I’m the ringer for the office bowling (and possible golf) outing. I like to win competitions, so be prepared. On the bucket list is to go to the World Series of Poker Main Event and Everest Base Camp (Covid delayed this one). Have an awesome family which agreed to go on our crazy adventure where we got scuba certified, so now we have fun underwater and on the ski slopes. During the pandemic switched from a coffee to tea drinker which was good in Asia, but a bit of a struggle back in the US.
