Managing client information, maintaining records, and supporting client needs throughout the program.Preparing materials and marketing material and creating and distributing client surveys.Organizing program events, including meetings, workshops, and marketing activities.Collaborating with case managers, ISSofBC staff, service providers, and community organizations to address information needs, facilitate referrals, and foster positive working relationships.

o Developed eight country briefs for countries in South Asia focusing on thematic areas - movement and labour, autonomy, decisions, and sexual rights, access to justice, environmental justice and strengthening feminist voices.o Consolidated resources by country and thematic area and reviewing and extracting information to be analysed within each paper. o Provided guidelines and analysis to inform WFA’s decision making and grant making strategy in the region.

o Design and oversee the implementation of an assessment on child marriage and related programming in Afghanistan, working closely with national consultants, UNFPA and United Nation’s Children’s Fund (UNICEF) country teams to finetune the scope and components of the study. o Data collection for the assessment, including developing training material for enumerators, documenting the field process and supporting primary data collection. o Data analysis and report writing, including suggesting targeted intervention strategies for prevention and action on child marriage.

o Grants management, including drawing out learning, and compiling mid-term/annual report reviews and grant closing of assigned grants and supporting partners' engagements.o Donor reporting by contributing grants-related information, managing processes, and compiling reports. o Organising an online partner inception meeting and supporting all aspects related to its implementation. o Grantmaking, including proposal reviews, grant processing, providing inputs and supporting granting processes.

o Undertaking research to ascertain public opinion on progress on reconciliation in Sri Lanka since the end of the war in 2009 and in the present context.o Undertaking data analysis and reporting of second round of the survey, including a comparative analysis of round 1 and 2 by working with South African partner and other Consortium members to obtain inputs to research analysis. o Supporting activities related to outreach, including developing content for outreach material.

o The survey aims to ascertain diversity of social attitudes and beliefs (also known as the Barometer). The Barometer aims to ascertain public opinion on progress on reconciliation in Sri Lanka since the end of the war in 2009 and in the present context of discourse surrounding peace building, reconciliation, dealing with the past and more recent challenges of religious extremism.o Undertake overall coordination of a public perception survey on reconciliation and being responsible for coordinating all tasks related to the survey including organizing and facilitating meetings with internal staff and consultants to conceptualize the survey, consolidating inputs and developing the research tool, engaging and coordinating with the survey company to implement the survey, preparing for analysis and developing an outreach/advocacy plan for the findings.o Undertaking survey company selection including drafting the document detailing the Expression of Interest (EOI) and Call for Proposals including the proposal outline, expected responsibilities of the company and reviewing the documentation for selection, coordinating the review processes, reviewing proposals, and developing scoring and review formats.

o Particular focus on data on SRHR indicators, situational analysis on girls (across 11 countries in Asia-Pacific region), Sustainable Development Goals and youth, reproductive rights (in 5 countries focusing on stigma, access to information and services). o Evidence generation activities (at regional and national levels) with a view to improving the availability and use of evidence to ensure SRHR in regional and national spaces, including developing indicators to monitor progress against SRHR within the SDGs. o Regional and national project co-ordination and management ensuring conceptual and substantive clarity, deliverables are timely and project activities monitoring, reporting, strengthening partner capacities for national and sub-national activities, and grant management. o As part of the programme management team, contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization in meeting its goals and objectives and fund raising.o Engaging in advocacy in regional and international spaces including human rights spaces.

o Project Co-ordination and management of 10 country project (MENA, South and South East Asia) ensuring the development and implementation of work plans, project review, partner management and support to partners across ten countries in the global south, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, preparation of reports, budget monitoring, and organising facilitating and inputting into of project meetings and capacity building workshops. o Evidence generation on the interlinkages between socio-cultural and religious influencers on SRHR to inform advocacy at the national, regional and global levels. o Supporting national advocacy processes and engaging in regional and international advocacy on SRHR in UN spaces – identifying opportunities, conceptualising and making interventions, writing statements, and networking.

o Providing support to the normative assistance, advocacy and programming focusing on mainstreaming gender across UN agencieso Facilitating and co-ordinating the Gender Task Group and its work (encouraging sharing across agencies and collaborative work)o Supporting the UNRC and UN Country Team on gender related advocacy, communications and resource mobilization o Mainstreaming gender into development initiatives in Sri Lanka implemented by the UN, including the UNDAF 2013-2017 (project supporting local economic development and district level development planning)o Facilitating research and advocacy activities (Review of the Beijing Platform for Action and GBV)

o Developing and implementing a communications strategy, including facilitating donor engagements and targeting specific audiences, synthesising and sharing of lessons from the Project Management Unit within the Peace and Recovery Cluster at UNDP, donors, Project Board, and Government entities. Ensure that lessons and best practices can be captured by developing and administering systems to obtain and document evidence from the field, results-based analysis and reporting. o Results based communications products to donors, senior UN officials, and government as well as development practitioners on livelihoods, social transformation, conflict sensitivity and gender.o Web based and other social media outputs engaging audiences and sharing achievements, lessons and challenges. o Lead and support M&E staff in Colombo and in 6 districts affected by conflict to undertake results-based M&E that capture changes brought about project environments, developing tools to feed back into project steering and learning exercises (indicator tracking, outcome measurement, case studies, human stories etc), and managing evaluations. o Donor reporting against activities and outcomes within a range of projects implemented in post war regions in Sri Lanka. The project provides beneficiaries with traditional and non-traditional livelihood support, livelihood and social infrastructure development, local economic development, capacity development and social transformation.

o Leading programme development on understanding poverty, knowledge management and communications, staff managing, and fund-raising. o Information dissemination within the organisation and to other state and non-state stakeholder, event organisation (including liaising and networking with state officials), South Asia regional networking (with regional organsiations), capacity building (of development professionals), policy reviews and reviewing policy influencing processes. o Undertaking social research in order to improve the evidence base on thematic issues and engage in policy influence.
